Writes news about border checkpoint operations, traffic restrictions and truck bans, fuel prices, weekends and holidays, changes in border crossing rules, and transport regulation.
Some of the content consists of regular reports generated automatically from our monitoring system data: flight punctuality, airport delays, queue forecasts, and waiting times. The numbers in them come directly from our data, while the explanatory commentary is written by artificial intelligence — and we verify that no number in this commentary contradicts the data. Such materials are signed by the editorial team rather than an individual author because they are compiled by software. Responsibility for corrections in them lies with the editor.
We write articles in Ukrainian — this is the original, and it is the authoritative version. The remaining 24 languages are translations, and we distinguish between two cases. In English, Polish, and Russian, the editorial team reads and checks the translation itself. Another 21 languages are translated automatically without page-by-page proofreading: we will not pretend to proofread in Georgian or Hindi, as that would be untrue. Beneath every translated article is a note stating honestly which of these groups the page belongs to.
The author of the text remains its author in all languages — one person does not write in twenty-five languages, which is why the editorial team is separately responsible for translation. In the structured data of each translated page, the author and translator are specified separately.
