Найжахливіша поїздка! Замість однієї пересадки, що мала відбутися в Умані чи Львові, а відбулася в Тернополі, зʼявилася ще одна - у Варшаві, хоч маршрут був в іншу сторону. У Варшаві автобуса до кінцевої точки нашої мандрівки не виявилося. Водій купив нам квитки на потяг, і покинув на вокзалі. Але ж і в зворотній бік ситуація так само не радісна. «Ваш рейс скасовано». Тобто, перевізник заявляє, що маршрут є, а на справді, його просто не існує. Добиралися, як могли. Це вже не кажучи про зручності автобусів. Їх просто не було - ні інтернета, ні туалета, нічого з заявленого. Наступного разу краще добиратися пішки.

Хочу щиро подякувати водієві Сергію та його напарнику за надзвичайно приємну подорож рейсом №1011 Львів–Гданськ перевізника «Стецик». Обидва водії — справжні професіонали своєї справи. Вони не лише впевнено та акуратно вели автобус, а й створили атмосферу турботи та доброзичливості. Протягом усього маршруту були уважними до кожного пасажира, допомагали, відповідали на запитання та робили все, щоб дорога була комфортною. Автобус чистий, зручний, з оптимальною температурою та можливістю зарядити пристрої — дрібниці, які роблять подорож справді легкою. Це був перший раз, коли поїздка залишила настільки теплі враження, що захотілося написати відгук. Дякую вам за людяність, професійність і щире ставлення до людей. Бажаю водіям легких доріг і вдячних пасажирів!
