Більше 20 годин на кордоні з вини компанії, бо у водія протермінована страховка на автобус.
Пасажири проходили кордон 2 рази. Перший раз вночі, а другий раз після повернення з польського прикордонного контрольного пункту (всі пасажири пройшли контроль) бо у водія не було страхування автобусу. Автобус повернули в Україну. На 14:20 20 серпня, автобус чекає в черзі. Пасажири ледве живі.

очень дружелюбные, добрые ребята, просто и доступно объясняют все. Сплотили автобус, вдохновили дружно и быстро садитьс в автобус, чтобы побыстрее прибыть к пункту назначения и беспрепятственно пересечь границу. Спасибо!

Не вказані місця, після пересадки не було місця де сісти. Водій в черзі на кордоні розлігся на передніх сидіннях коли всі пасажири як «огірки в банці». Wi-Fi не має, туалет не працює. Автобус запізнився на дві години. При пересадці водії не допомагали з валізами, а навпаки кричали щоб ми це робили швидше бо вони 4 години чекали наш автобус для пересадки. При перевірці документів спілкувались зі мною на «ти» і без усілякої поваги. Більше ніколи не поїду цим перевізником і нікому не раджу, навіть якщо бачите гарні відгуки!

Автобус приїхав з запізненням на посадку, повинні були виїхати в 15:00, а виїхали з парковки о 17:00.Пропустили свою чергу на кордоні, тепер стоїмо пропускаємо інші автобуси, та чекаємо коли нас пропустять, жахлива організація, не раджу користуватись послугами цього перевізника.щ
