18.06 выезжала из Одессы автобус, должен был отправляться в 23.10, а пришёл с опозданием на пол часа и на другую платформу! Оператор не брал трубку, и просто сбросил мне номера телефонов службы поддержки, которые тоже не отвечали. Водитель был вне зоны доступа!!! Чудом с другими пассажирами нашли почти в полночь на пустеющем в комендантский час вокзале автобус! В Киеве тоже не обошлось без задержки не запланированной пересадки! Под Дрезденом на обочине дороги случилась ещё одна пересадка!!! И этот автобус катал нас по Германии раздавая посылки ! Прибытие было запланировано на 16.30 , а эта экскурсия по Германии закончилась с задержкой на ПЯТЬ часов! Почти в 22.00 Обратная поездка оказалась ещё хуже!!! Выезд из Ростока был указан в билете в 8.00 Но кто-то решил что им будет удобнее запланировать выезд на 6.00 ! Оператор отправляет билет и подтверждает отправление в 8.00 а водитель пишет и звонит утверждая что уедет без меня в 6.00 !! Пришлось ночью ехать на вокзал! С пересадкой в Киеве было ещё хуже!!! Меня буквально выгоняли из автобуса на улицу с чемоданом и вещами в 16.00 ждать под открытым небом автобус который приедет в 20.30 !!?! ЧЕТЫРЕ с половиной часа в пекло со всеми неудобствами делай что хочешь! Мы уже приехали! А вы как хотите! Хамство, враньё и просто беспредел! Никому нет никакого дела до пассажиров! Водитель сказал что отвезёт меня в гараж и его не волнует как я буду добираться в Одессу! Оператор врал что так и было запланировано! И это мои проблемы что на в столице на автовокзале нет никаких условий! Евро клуб - Это худший перевозчик в стране! Категорически не советую этого перевозчика !!!

Більше 20 годин на кордоні з вини компанії, бо у водія протермінована страховка на автобус. Пасажири проходили кордон 2 рази. Перший раз вночі, а другий раз після повернення з польського прикордонного контрольного пункту (всі пасажири пройшли контроль) бо у водія не було страхування автобусу. Автобус повернули в Україну. На 14:20 20 серпня, автобус чекає в черзі. Пасажири ледве живі.

очень дружелюбные, добрые ребята, просто и доступно объясняют все. Сплотили автобус, вдохновили дружно и быстро садитьс в автобус, чтобы побыстрее прибыть к пункту назначения и беспрепятственно пересечь границу. Спасибо!

Не вказані місця, після пересадки не було місця де сісти. Водій в черзі на кордоні розлігся на передніх сидіннях коли всі пасажири як «огірки в банці». Wi-Fi не має, туалет не працює. Автобус запізнився на дві години. При пересадці водії не допомагали з валізами, а навпаки кричали щоб ми це робили швидше бо вони 4 години чекали наш автобус для пересадки. При перевірці документів спілкувались зі мною на «ти» і без усілякої поваги. Більше ніколи не поїду цим перевізником і нікому не раджу, навіть якщо бачите гарні відгуки!

Автобус приїхав з запізненням на посадку, повинні були виїхати в 15:00, а виїхали з парковки о 17:00.Пропустили свою чергу на кордоні, тепер стоїмо пропускаємо інші автобуси, та чекаємо коли нас пропустять, жахлива організація, не раджу користуватись послугами цього перевізника.щ
