Passengers on TTK Nova Ukraine's coach services (mainly Lviv, Kyiv, Odesa, Lutsk, Rivne and Chisinau routes) are largely positive: most of the 30 reviews are five-star, though the ratings come from a single overall score with no per-aspect breakdown. The vehicles are the most-praised feature. Riders repeatedly describe large, double-decker coaches seating 90 or more, with generous legroom, big luggage holds and a smooth, stable ride. Many compare them favourably with the minibuses (sprinters) they used before, which they found cramped. One rider mentions working air conditioning, and several call the buses clean and fresh. WiFi, toilets and power outlets are hardly mentioned.
Staff feedback is mixed but mostly warm. Several drivers are singled out as polite, careful and helpful. Reports include helping elderly and disabled passengers through border crossings, and the company accommodating a request for wider seating for a wheelchair user. One rider called a driver brusque. Price is a frequent plus, with fares said to be around 200 UAH below comparable operators. Reports of on-time or early arrivals, such as a Chisinau airport arrival ahead of schedule, are common.
The negative reviews, about a fifth of the total, concern operations rather than the coach itself. They describe unannounced transfers in Kyiv on routes sold as direct, forgotten passengers, and confusing passenger-name checks. There are also complaints about rude logistics staff, a dirty older vehicle, and no air conditioning on a minibus leg. A ticket sold without seat numbers on an international route also drew a complaint. Some near-identical five-star reviews suggest a few may be duplicated or promotional.
