The vehicle itself was in poor condition with minimum ratings across all quality metrics. On-board comfort was severely compromised, with the absence of essential amenities including air conditioning, WiFi, and functional toilet facilities. These shortcomings, combined with cleanliness issues, created an uncomfortable and unacceptable journey environment. From a value perspective, the pricing does not justify the service quality received. Overall, this experience indicates systematic failures in staff training, vehicle maintenance, and operational oversight that require immediate corrective action.
