Roughly half of the reviews are very positive, praising comfortable, clean coaches with generous legroom, fold-out footrests and good sleeping conditions on overnight runs. Many also mention a free bottle of water and smooth, safe driving. Several travellers say trips ran on time or even arrived early. Others, however, describe older vehicles with cramped seats, uneven row spacing, weak air conditioning, stuffy cabins and dirt that suggests little cleaning between trips.

Staff behaviour is the most polarised topic. Many riders describe drivers as polite, attentive and helpful with luggage. A notable group describes rude or aggressive conduct, especially at border checks and during handovers in Lviv, including one account of an elderly passenger who received no help. Comments about drivers refusing to help with bags and about the toilet being restricted or treated as emergency-only appear repeatedly.

Punctuality and information are the main pain points. Many passengers booked what was advertised as a direct trip and then found an unannounced transfer in Lviv, followed by waits of one to three hours and total delays of two to ten hours. Late notice of delays, wrong bus details and long border queues compound the frustration. On-board amenities are inconsistent: Wi-Fi, Starlink and power sockets were often reported as not working, and toilets were sometimes out of order, smelly or without water or paper. Price-to-quality is seen as fair by satisfied riders, while some feel fares are higher than competitors' for a slower journey.
