Попередньо оплатила конкретне місце в автобусі, але по факту — місце зайняте, ніхто нічого не пояснює. 📞 Телефон — мовчить, додзвонитися нереально. 📄 Документів не надали, ніякого підтвердження чи договору. 💸 Гроші за місце не повернули. Таке ставлення до клієнтів — неприйнятне. Тому щиро не рекомендую Е-Лайн Тур. Обирайте перевірені компанії та бережіть свої нерви й кошти.
