Passengers boarding this carrier frequently encounter uncomfortable and unreliable journeys. The vehicle experience is particularly poor: buses are often old or broken-down, with non-reclining seats, minimal legroom, and questionable cleanliness. Many passengers stand for extended periods (7+ hours reported) due to overbooking. Climate control is absent—vehicles lack air conditioning despite extreme heat. No WiFi, power outlets, or functional toilets are available on board. The interior is often unpleasant, with odors and insects reported.

Delays are endemic: passengers wait hours beyond scheduled times, missing connections. Route cancellations occur without advance notification, leaving travelers stranded at terminals overnight. Staff interactions are frequently hostile—drivers dismiss concerns, enforce arbitrary seating, separate booked pairs, and respond to requests with profanity.
