Some trips arrived on time or within minutes, but others ran 40 minutes or more late, missed a pickup point, or did not reach the destination, forcing a taxi or a missed connection. Seat allocation is a further problem: people who bought adjacent seats were split across rows. Price is described as higher than rail for the same route, though the availability of tickets is valued. One passenger also reported that intoxicated, disruptive people were allowed to board at an intermediate stop.
