Passengers mostly describe AlexTour's intercity service (chiefly Odesa–Dnipro–Kharkiv) as comfortable, punctual and courteous. Praise centres on polite, careful, professional drivers, modern coaches with working air conditioning and power outlets, quick trips and arrivals on schedule or even early. Several regular riders say they use the carrier repeatedly and value the advance SMS with boarding point and time. Extra stops at fuel stations for toilet breaks are appreciated, though one traveller says the stops were too rough and informal.
Criticism is concentrated in a few areas. The most frequent complaint is a misleading listing: trips sold as direct or without transfers turn out to involve a change in Dnipro, sometimes at around 5 a.m., and in one case the second vehicle broke down soon after setting off. Vehicle quality is inconsistent: some riders were put in an old, cramped minibus with no luggage space, and Sprinter-type vans are criticised for tight legroom, while full-size coaches are praised. Punctuality is mixed, with one rider reporting delays of 30 to 90 minutes on repeat trips and a few noting timetable or arrival-time inaccuracies. Individual reports mention an air conditioner that failed in hot weather, a rude driver, fast driving that broke traffic rules, and a single driver on a night route.
On price, most ratings imply acceptable value, but some passengers complain of fares around 1,000–1,200 UAH and inconsistent pricing between the site, ticket office and carpooling platforms, plus a driver asking for extra money. Wi-Fi and onboard drinks are not mentioned. Cleanliness is not discussed either.
