ACCORD–PLUS operates a fleet primarily serving international routes between Ukraine and Western Europe (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic). The overwhelming majority of passengers report very positive experiences, consistently praising punctual arrivals, professional drivers who assist with luggage, and clean, well-maintained vehicles. On-board comfort features include functioning air conditioning, WiFi connectivity, and complimentary tea and coffee service. Drivers are frequently described as polite, courteous, and attentive to passenger needs during journeys, with scheduled rest stops lasting 10–15 minutes on most routes.
However, the service exhibits vulnerabilities in passenger communication and occasional comfort gaps. Multiple passengers reported insufficient stop announcements or confusion about destinations, with one severe case resulting in a passenger being taken three hours past their stop. Comfort issues include limited legroom and poor seat adjustment in some buses, plus one report of unpleasant engine oil odors. A small number of passengers documented unprofessional driver behavior, including instances of aggressive language and disrespect. On-board charging ports lack USB-C compatibility, limiting modern device charging options.
