Passengers generally describe the carrier as a comfortable, reliable option, with most of the praise going to the drivers. Drivers are repeatedly called polite, professional and helpful. They carry luggage, assist families with small children, announce stops and departure times, and in some cases waited for or guided passengers delayed at the border. Buses are usually described as clean, with comfortable seats, and several travellers report arriving on schedule or even early. Many reviewers say they would travel with the company again.

Criticism centres on logistics rather than the vehicles or crews. The most common complaint is undisclosed transfers: tickets sold as direct routes involved one to three changes, sometimes with long waits, for example around five hours in Warsaw. Others mention vehicle substitutions without notice, missing bus numbers or driver contacts, unanswered phone lines, inaccurate boarding-point information, and delays or a cancelled departure with no refund. Some delays were attributed to border queues or road damage and were seen as understandable.

On-board amenities are inconsistent. One passenger praised working air conditioning, a toilet and Wi-Fi, while others found no Wi-Fi, a broken toilet, non-working power outlets, seats that were hard to recline, limited space, a dirty cabin and few stops on long trips. Because fares were rarely discussed, the price-to-quality ratio appears acceptable. Ratings are strongly positive overall, with a small group of very low scores tied to transfers and missed rides.
