Люди, обов'язково враховуйте те, що компанія, ніби звичайна маршрутка, залишає за собою право не надавати вам місце згідно вашого білету! Мені навіть одповіли, що ще пощастило, що мене посадили разом з моїми дітьми, а не взагалі окремо. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=undefined Також тут працюють хамовиті водії, які не бажають давати відповіді на очевидні питання про те, чому не можемо пройти на свої місця. Тому просто пропонують, якщо щось не влаштовує, сісти на руль!!! Також постійні проблеми з іай-фай, його майже не було.

На жаль, цей перевізник дуже зіпсувався. Їхала рейсом Карлсруе - Одеса. У Німеччині в той день була спека близько 38°C. Автобус був повністю заповнений - продали квитки на всі місця, не було жодного вільного. Найгірше те, що на рейс випустили старий автобус із несправним кондиціонером. У таку спеку це було справжнє знущання з пасажирів. У салоні було неймовірно душно, людям ставало зле, поїздка перетворилася на справжнє випробування. Після рейсу перевізник навіть не вибачився перед пасажирами. Жодної компенсації чи пояснень ніхто не отримав. Не рекомендую цього перевізника. Якщо компанія не може забезпечити справний автобус і безпечні умови перевезення, особливо в таку спеку, то користуватися її послугами не варто.
