Vehicle impressions are mixed. Many riders find the coaches clean, warm or well air-conditioned, and comfortable, with leather seats, working charging sockets and a working toilet. Others find the fleet ageing: broken seat adjustments and tray tables, tight legroom, non-working sockets, and one bus with no toilet. Wi-Fi is reported as present by one passenger and absent by another, so it appears inconsistent. Seat selection is not possible when booking, which annoyed a few people.
