This carrier excels in driver professionalism and punctuality, with most passengers praising courteous, helpful staff and frequent early arrivals on Poland–Ukraine routes. The fleet is generally comfortable for long-distance travel. However, critical maintenance and operational deficiencies significantly diminish the experience. Non-functional toilets appear consistently across reviews and are particularly problematic for families with small children. Air conditioning is absent, WiFi is unreliable, and some vehicles have broken seats and faulty lighting. Beyond maintenance, the booking system generates serious failures: passengers arrive to find seats incorrectly assigned or overbooked, resulting in mid-journey transfers to alternative buses. In one case, a customer was dropped at a gas station instead of the booked destination without prior warning, incurring substantial additional costs.
