Під час поїхдки з Коломиї до Будапешту, водій вирішив поїхати через пункт пропуску Дякове-Халмеу, не доїхавши до КПП, зупинився поблизу і надалі відмовився перетинати кордон, мотивуючи тим, що не працює система на митниці, змусив пасажирів сидіти в автобусі більше шести годин і далі нічим не аргументує причину зупинки, хоча весь час система на митниці працювала і черг не було. (Виявилось, що водій перевозив підозрілий товар і попав не на ту зміну). Через це дружина з сином 7років не потрапили на літак щ будапешту. Відшкодовувати збитки ніхто не збирається. Цілком не рекомкндую даного перевізника. Принесені великі незручності і втрати
