This journey from Kolomyia to Budapest was severely compromised by the driver's refusal to cross the border at the scheduled checkpoint. Without reaching the border, the driver stopped and claimed the customs system was non-functional, forcing all passengers to remain on the bus for over six hours despite the system actually operating normally with no queues. No satisfactory explanation was provided, and investigation later revealed the driver was transporting suspicious goods with problematic scheduling. The vehicle condition was poor, lacking air conditioning, WiFi, and functional toilets, with serious cleanliness issues. The staff demonstrated extremely unprofessional behavior and inadequate communication. While the ticket price was reasonably valued, the complete failure in timeliness, distressing experience of being stranded, and involvement of a young child make this an extremely negative experience that far outweighs any pricing benefits.

Під час поїхдки з Коломиї до Будапешту, водій вирішив поїхати через пункт пропуску Дякове-Халмеу, не доїхавши до КПП, зупинився поблизу і надалі відмовився перетинати кордон, мотивуючи тим, що не працює система на митниці, змусив пасажирів сидіти в автобусі більше шести годин і далі нічим не аргументує причину зупинки, хоча весь час система на митниці працювала і черг не було. (Виявилось, що водій перевозив підозрілий товар і попав не на ту зміну). Через це дружина з сином 7років не потрапили на літак щ будапешту. Відшкодовувати збитки ніхто не збирається. Цілком не рекомкндую даного перевізника. Принесені великі незручності і втрати
