2 вересня прийшов смс о 18:42 що рейс на 21.00 відмінено. Коли виповнила формуляр про повернення коштів сказали що такий рейс був і кошти не повернуть. Скрін отриманого смс зроблений додала до заповненого формуляжу. З рейсу не скористалася. Відповідь достала звернутися до перевізника звертаюсь про повернення коштів сама собі смс не вислала. Прошу вияснити і повернути кошти.
