In short: TruckTurn needs no email or phone number. To have the data linked to your install deleted from our servers, email privacy@nakordoni.eu with your device key. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

1. What we store on our servers

Your device key (a random value in the form NKD-XXXX-XXXX) and the settings synced with it across Nakordoni apps.
Driver Connect profile: your display name, random driver id and public key, and encrypted messages still waiting to be delivered. Messages are end-to-end encrypted — we cannot read them.
Content you submitted: road reports and your votes on other drivers' reports.
AI assistant history: your questions, the answers, your install identifier and timestamps.
Usage analytics keyed by your device key.
Technical request logs (app version and, transiently, IP address) kept for security and abuse prevention.

Data on your phone (truck profile, settings, cached maps, dashcam clips) is not on our servers — uninstalling the app deletes it.

2. How to request deletion

Open TruckTurn → Settings → account section and copy your code / device key (NKD-XXXX-XXXX).
Email it to privacy@nakordoni.eu with the subject "TruckTurn data deletion". If you cannot find the key, write anyway and tell us roughly when you last used the app — we will help you identify your data.
We may ask you to confirm the request from inside the app, so that nobody else can delete your data.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: everything listed in section 1 that is linked to your device key — the key itself, synced settings, your Driver Connect profile and undelivered messages, your AI assistant history, your analytics events, and your reports and votes (or they are irreversibly detached from your key).
Kept: aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you (for example, a counted queue or a confirmed road restriction already merged into the map), technical logs for their normal short security retention period, and anything we are legally required to keep — including the record of your deletion request itself.

4. Timeframe

We complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm it by email. Backups roll over and are fully purged within the same period.
