The Volyn Customs Office has announced the start of scheduled infrastructure repair works at the Yahodyn customs post. Starting September 11, 2026, repairs began on two vehicle scales designed for weighing vehicles in motion (dynamic weighing).
Work Details and Schedule
Repair works will be carried out sequentially to avoid stopping the weighing process completely; however, they may affect the overall speed of passing control.
- Location: Yahodyn-Dorohusk International Automobile Checkpoint.
- Direction: Traffic entering Ukraine.
- Period: From September 11 to approximately October 23, 2026.
- Nature of Works: Sequential repair of two weigh-in-motion complexes.
Recommendations for Carriers
The Volyn Customs Office warns of the likelihood of temporary inconveniences in the overall traffic organization at the checkpoint territory.
International carriers, freight truck drivers, declarants, and logistics companies are recommended to factor in extra time for passing customs control when entering Ukraine via "Yahodyn" or, if possible, consider alternative routes until the end of October.
