Working conditions vary by driver: those who follow rules and maintain clean records report convenient schedules and good team dynamics, with some employed for 10+ years. However, turnover is notably high—drivers report long-service employees (8+ years) being terminated. The company offers very low rates (0.55 PLN/km), assigns unprofitable short domestic routes, and requires exhausting European runs with inadequate rest. The training program is poorly managed with disengaged instructors. Positive aspects include scheduling flexibility and the possibility of long-term employment for compliant drivers, but these are heavily outweighed by persistent payment issues, low compensation, and unfair practices.
