Las prohibiciones suelen estar vigentes los fines de semana (sábado-domingo), días festivos y la víspera de festivos. Los horarios pueden variar según el país, generalmente de 22:00 a 22:00 del día siguiente.

¿Qué países tienen las prohibiciones más estrictas?

Austria, Alemania y Suiza tienen las restricciones más estrictas. En Austria, las prohibiciones aplican casi todos los fines de semana y festivos importantes. Suiza prohíbe todos los camiones de más de 3,5 toneladas durante las 24 horas completas los domingos, además de una prohibición nocturna diaria de 22:00 a 05:00. Las multas en Suiza y Austria pueden superar los 5.000 EUR.

¿Qué pasa si se viola una prohibición?

Las multas van desde 75 EUR en Alemania hasta más de 10.000 CHF en Suiza. En Austria las multas alcanzan los 5.000 EUR, en Italia 422–1.697 EUR, en Francia hasta 1.500 EUR. Su vehículo también puede ser retenido hasta que finalice la prohibición, causando costes adicionales por estacionamiento, retrasos y entregas perdidas.

¿Existen prohibiciones de verano para camiones?

Sí, Alemania tiene prohibiciones adicionales de verano del 1 de julio al 31 de agosto para camiones de más de 7,5 toneladas en autopistas designadas los sábados de 7:00 a 20:00. La República Checa y Eslovaquia también aplican restricciones sabatinas en verano. Francia añade restricciones Bison Fute adicionales en días de tráfico intenso.

¿Las prohibiciones se aplican a camiones vacíos?

En la mayoría de los países, las prohibiciones se aplican a todos los camiones de más de 7,5 toneladas (3,5 toneladas en Suiza y Liechtenstein) independientemente de la carga. Algunos países eximen a los vehículos vacíos que regresan de una entrega (Eslovaquia), pero esto es raro. El umbral de peso se refiere a la masa máxima autorizada, no a la carga real.

¿Puedo circular con mercancías perecederas durante una prohibición?

La mayoría de los países eximen el transporte de mercancías perecederas, pero los requisitos varían. Austria y Alemania exigen un certificado ATP válido que demuestre que el vehículo está equipado para transporte con temperatura controlada. Suiza casi no concede exenciones, ni siquiera para mercancías perecederas. Lleve siempre su documentación ATP.

¿Cuáles son las restricciones del corredor del Brenner en Austria?

Las autopistas Inntal (A12) y Brenner (A13) en Austria tienen prohibiciones sectoriales adicionales que restringen categorías específicas de mercancías. Las prohibiciones nocturnas (22:00–05:00) se aplican a camiones sin certificado Larmarm (bajo ruido). Estas restricciones son independientes de las prohibiciones generales de fin de semana y buscan reducir el tráfico de tránsito a través de los Alpes.

¿Cómo afectan las prohibiciones a la planificación de rutas entre varios países?

Los horarios de prohibición difieren según el país, por lo que una ruta que cruce Austria (prohibición desde el sáb. 15:00) hacia Italia (prohibición desde el dom. 08:00) requiere una planificación cuidadosa. Planifique paradas de descanso en zonas fronterizas para esperar que pasen las prohibiciones y considere rutas alternativas por países con ventanas de prohibición más cortas.

¿Existen prohibiciones nocturnas para camiones en Europa?

Suiza y Liechtenstein aplican una prohibición nocturna diaria de 22:00 a 05:00, durante todo el año. Austria tiene prohibiciones nocturnas en rutas alpinas específicas (A12, A13) para camiones sin certificación de bajo ruido. Otros países no tienen prohibiciones nocturnas generales, aunque algunas ciudades y regiones pueden imponer restricciones locales.
