MD logistika is a Czech trucking company with deeply conflicting driver experiences. While one driver noted that the first 6 months were acceptable with European routes paying 2,300-3,000 rubles per month based on kilometers, the overwhelming majority of drivers report severe exploitation and poor working conditions.

Drivers describe being forced to perform night loading and unloading without any additional compensation, working with old Mercedes-Benz Euro 5 trucks that are rusty and mechanically worn out. Management enforces extremely strict work hour tracking to the minute, with minimal flexibility—drivers are instructed to figure out their problems on the road when work time expires. Multiple drivers report being treated like slaves, falsely accused of theft, and earning insufficient income for the demanding work required.

Equipment quality remains consistently poor across the fleet, and domestic routes are described as financially unsustainable. Additionally, visa sponsorship issues and harsh financial penalties for documentation errors further damage the company's reputation among the driver community.
