IMPORTANT: Requirements for Men 18–60

Ukrainian men in this age group MUST HAVE one of these documents to cross the border:

One of these documents is MANDATORY:

  • Military ID (issued by military commissariat)
  • VLK Certificate (from military medical commission)
  • Booking Certificate (from TCC)
  • Exit Permit from TCC (for mobilized)
If you don't have documents:
  • Entry/Exit denied
  • Return to Ukraine
  • Possible deportation for repeated attempts
