Procem has serious systemic issues with driver treatment and wages. Multiple experienced drivers report exploitation and wage theft: employees work for 0.35-0.39 PLN/km plus 60 PLN CMR charges, with frequent withheld payments and promised wages not delivered for months or years after employment ends. The company charges drivers for documentation, insurance, and work invitations—costs typically covered by employers. Management is chaotic: constant schedule changes and poor planning force experienced drivers to sit idle at home while new interns are hired continuously. Working conditions are harsh and disorganized. Routes cover Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, and Italy, though much work is local cabotage. The only stated advantage is opportunity for entry-level drivers with no experience to begin their trucking careers. However, every experienced driver advises leaving as soon as possible for better-paying companies. The feedback reveals systematic wage theft, organizational dysfunction, and exploitation serious enough to trigger labor inspections and lawsuits from former employees.
