The commander of Ukraine's 25th Border Detachment has issued Order No. 11-OD, dated 23 June 2026, establishing the control regime and border control zones at the local road crossing point Vysochanske. The detachment, headquartered in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, covers Ukraine's border with Moldova.

The order legally defines the boundaries of the crossing point territory where special rules apply. Inside these zones, movement, stopping and the presence of unauthorised persons are permitted only with the approval of the border patrol on duty.
