The Šumskas–Losha checkpoint is an international road crossing on route 106 (LT) / Р42 (BY) linking Lithuania and Belarus. It operates 24/7 and handles a daily flow of roughly 200–500 vehicles, making it one of the quieter crossings on this section. As an external border of the European Union and the Schengen area, controls here are strict.
The crossing is reserved for passenger cars only. There is no pedestrian lane, and trucks and buses are directed to larger crossings elsewhere on the Lithuanian–Belarusian frontier.
