Frequently asked questions

Which railway stations in Belgium are covered?
2 stations: Bruxelles-Midi, Antwerpen-Centraal. Each links to its live departure board.
What does a station departure board show?
The departures of roughly the next two hours with scheduled time, train number, destination, platform and live status — on time, delayed by a number of minutes, or cancelled.
Why do some stations show no live departures?
Some operators do not publish real-time departure data — for example Ukrainian Railways. For those stations the board lists the delayed Ukrainian trains that start or end there instead.
Which international trains to and from Ukraine are delayed right now?
20 international trains of Ukrainian Railways are delayed at the moment. The full list with delay history is on the train delays page.
Am I entitled to compensation if my train is delayed or cancelled?
On railways in the EU, a delay of 60–119 minutes at your final destination entitles you to 25% of the ticket price and a delay of 120 minutes or more to 50%. If a delay of 60 minutes or more is expected, you can also choose a refund or re-routing instead. Claims go to the operator or ticket vendor; extraordinary circumstances such as extreme weather are excluded. The official rules are on the EU "Your Europe" rail passenger rights page linked below.
