Every office card shows the phone number and e-mail from the official EU Customs Office List. Call within the opening hours on the card. For transit questions, use an office listed with the departure or destination role.

What does an office code such as PL351060 mean?

It is the office’s reference number in the EU Customs Office List: two country letters plus six digits. Carriers and customs brokers put this code in NCTS transit declarations and T1/T2 documents to name the office of departure, destination or exit.
