Frequently asked questions

How do I contact a customs office in Andorra?
Every office card shows the phone number and e-mail from the official EU Customs Office List. Call within the opening hours on the card. For transit questions, use an office listed with the departure or destination role.
What does an office code such as AD000003 mean?
It is the office’s reference number in the EU Customs Office List: two country letters plus six digits. Carriers and customs brokers put this code in NCTS transit declarations and T1/T2 documents to name the office of departure, destination or exit.
Which office handles transit (T1/T2) in Andorra?
Filter the list by the departure, destination or transit role; 3 offices in this country carry one of them. Border offices usually also act as office of entry or exit. Put the chosen office code in the NCTS declaration.
