Autodamas UAB

★☆☆☆☆ 1.0 (1 reviews)

AI Review Analysis

Drivers report highly polarized experiences with Autodamas UAB, with a significant majority expressing severe dissatisfaction. Positive feedback highlights supportive onboarding, particularly from HR representative Jeanne, who assisted a driver in obtaining their Category E license for European routes. Training for ADR (Kod 95) was also praised as effective. However, the overwhelming consensus is negative, with drivers describing the company as exploitative and poorly managed. Many complain about excessive deductions for minor damages (e.g., €600 for small scratches, €500 for non-fault accidents), leading to debt accumulation within three months. Payment reliability is a major concern, with reports of unpaid wages, sudden financial penalties, and goods being wrongfully taken without resolution. Truck quality and maintenance are criticized, with drivers citing frequent breakdowns, lack of kilometers, and poor communication from management. Routes mentioned include Germany-Poland (DE-PL) and Ukraine-Italy (UA-IT), though drivers express frustration over long wait times for vehicle assignments (2-3 months) and unrealistic expectations. Management is frequently described as hostile, with managers labeled as 'sharks' and the director and his son singled out for criticism. Overall, the working conditions appear to prioritize cost-cutting over driver welfare, with high turnover (20 drivers leaving in one week) and a culture of blame.

This company caused damage, took goods that did not belong to them, and then completely stopped communicating with us. The matter has been handed over to the relevant authorities, including the police.

We strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want to prevent unnecessary problems and complications.
