Truck Bans — delete your data

In short: Truck Bans needs no email or phone number. To delete data on your phone, use Menu → Delete my data. To have the data linked to your install deleted from our servers, email ads@nakordoni.eu with your device key. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

1. What we store on our servers

Your device key (a random value in the form NKD-XXXX-XXXX), your device fingerprint and the profile synced with it (countries, vehicle, filters, language, plan).
Content you submitted: road reports, country opinions, app ratings and feedback, news reactions.
AI Assistant history: your questions, the answers, your install identifier and timestamps.
Ban-alert settings and the push token used to deliver them.
Usage statistics keyed by your random identifiers.

2. How to request deletion

In the app, open Menu → Nakordoni account and copy your device key (NKD-XXXX-XXXX). If you never created or linked one, include the app version and the approximate date you installed it instead.
Email ads@nakordoni.eu with the subject Truck Bans data deletion and your device key.
We delete the data listed in section 1 within 30 days and reply to confirm.

You can also unlink the device key in the app at any time; turning off ban alerts removes your push token.

3. What is kept

Only aggregated statistics that no longer identify your install (for example, total counts of screen views).

4. On your device

Menu → Delete my data erases your settings, country filter and cached bans. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
