The only communication about bankruptcy came via Viber message with zero support for drivers' return home, as the company should have arranged transportation. Logistics coordination is notably deficient with constantly changing staff who provide either deliberately difficult coordinates or routes that violate tachograph regulations and lead through impassable terrain. Management applies excessive damage charges (2-3x multipliers) while offering no communication or dispute resolution. The company has maintained these negative reviews across all platforms for extended periods with no remedial action.
