The most severe issue is payment reliability. Multiple drivers report wage withholding ranging from €2,250 to €3,000+, with no clear explanations for deductions or appeals process. Accounting is described as non-transparent, with managers allegedly unable to reconcile salary calculations. Payment delays occur after route completion, creating financial hardship. Working conditions are exploitative: drivers face forced night shifts without adequate rest, excessive hours, and zero flexibility for those with families outside work locations.

Vehicle logistics and employment practices present additional major problems. Drivers report 5-day to month-long waits for truck assignments, with the company selling vehicles mid-contract. Employment termination is punitive and arbitrary—drivers are fired on technicalities while on unpaid leave.
