Workers report intentional deception regarding work terms and compensation. One driver with seven years of tenure stated they only understood the company's dysfunction after leaving, describing the workplace as a psychologically damaging environment comparable to an asylum.

Drivers unanimously warn others to avoid the company entirely, explicitly labeling it as a scam operation with dangerous conditions. Despite requiring client prepayment, the company fails to compensate drivers.
