  • Insurance company office (active tomorrow)
  • Kiosk near the border (active tomorrow)

What to do?

  • Buy Green Card 1-2 days before your trip online
  • Use your existing policy (if not expired)
  • NOT recommended: buying at border kiosk (too late)
This is not a technical error — it's an EU insurance law.
Plan one day ahead! Without valid Green Card you cannot cross the border.

Documents for Men 18-60 Years Old

IMPORTANT: Requirements for Men 18–60

Ukrainian men in this age group MUST HAVE one of these documents to cross the border:

One of these documents is MANDATORY:

  • Military ID (issued by military commissariat)
  • VLK Certificate (from military medical commission)
  • Booking Certificate (from TCC)
  • Exit Permit from TCC (for mobilized)
If you don't have documents:
  • Entry/Exit denied
  • Return to Ukraine
  • Possible deportation for repeated attempts
Where to obtain:
Military IDMilitary commissariat (1-2 weeks)
VLK CertificateMilitary commissariat (1-3 days)
Booking CertificateTCC of your region (1-5 days)
Exit Permit from TCCTCC of your region (2-7 days)

Don't travel to the border without one of these documents. Better to spend a few days getting the document.

  • No cracks longer than 30 cm

  • Tread minimum 1.6 mm
  • November-March: ONLY winter tires (mandatory in Poland)
  • No bulges or damage

  • Reflective vests for EVERY passenger
  • First aid kit
  • Fire extinguisher (minimum 1 kg)
  • 2 warning triangles OR emergency beacons
