Ukraine's Ministry of Communities and Territories Development has announced a further expansion of the eCherha slot booking system for bus operators. Starting April 21, 2026, advance time-slot reservations for border crossing will become available at two additional checkpoints, significantly reducing waiting times for passenger services.
New checkpoints with slot booking:

- Ustyluh – Zosin — slot booking available for both scheduled and non-scheduled bus services
🇺🇦 Ukraine – 🇲🇩 Moldova:
- Sokyriany – Okhnytsia — schedule-based time reservation now active
Launch timeline:
- April 20, 09:00 — registration opens in the "By Schedule" queue
- April 21, 09:00 — movement based on booked slots begins
Benefits for carriers:
Slot booking eliminates long waits at the border, ensures predictable travel times, and improves passenger comfort. Regular services can reserve slots matching their approved timetable, while occasional routes can pick free intervals.
