KORDON.online iOS App — Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Important: KORDON.online is an independent information service. It is not an official government service and does not represent any state authority of Ukraine or any other country. Border queue data is informational only and may differ from the actual situation. It is collected from open official sources — dpsu.gov.ua, granica.gov.pl, kordon.customs.gov.ua — and the nakordoni.eu aggregator.
Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the KORDON.online iOS app ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service description
The app shows real-time information about queues at Ukraine's border crossing points: waiting times and forecasts, checkpoint details and reviews, bus carrier information, a border map and related news. All information is provided "as is", for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep the data accurate but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability. Always follow the instructions of border and customs authorities.
3. Intellectual property
All materials, design and code of KORDON.online are our property or are used under licence.
4. Acceptable use
- Automated data collection (scraping) without our permission is prohibited.
- Use of the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
- Attempts to disrupt the operation of the service are prohibited.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.

Privacy Policy (iOS app)
This policy describes what data the KORDON.online iOS app collects, how we use and protect it. It is written to match exactly what the app does and our App Store privacy declaration.
1. Data we collect and store on our servers
- Precise geolocation — only with your permission. It is used to find the nearest checkpoint, build a route to the border, show services (fuel, parking, ATMs) around you and, if you start trip recording, to record the GPS track of your trip. Routes and recorded tracks are stored on our servers.
- Content you submit — photos and text you send in queue reports, checkpoint reviews and the assistant chat.
- Anonymous device identifier and push token — the app generates a random identifier (it is not a hardware or advertising ID) and registers an Apple push-notification token so we can deliver the queue alerts you subscribe to.
- Usage analytics — screens viewed and taps, to understand which features are useful. The app has a "Privacy & consent" toggle in Settings: when it is off, analytics are collected anonymously, without your device identifier.
2. How we use the data
Only for app functionality and for improving the service (analytics). The app contains no advertising. We do not sell data, do not share it with data brokers, do not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and do not link the data with third-party data.
3. Third-party services
Push notifications are delivered via the Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging (delivery only). Queue data is collected from the open official sources listed above.
4. Your rights and choices
- Request deletion of the data linked to your device identifier: privacy@nakordoni.eu or the data deletion page.
- Disable location access or push notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
- Turn off identified analytics with the in-app "Privacy & consent" toggle.
