- **A5 "Maritsa":** alternating single lane due to pavement repairs
- **Karnobat–Aytos:** single lane, 50 km/h speed limit
- **Obzor–Banya:** single lane traffic due to asphalt repairs

The API Road Agency urges drivers to strictly obey temporary signs and speed limits.

Starting at **11:00**, siren systems with voice accompaniment will be tested in Sofia, Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv, Ruse, and other cities, as well as in the 30-kilometer zone around the Kozloduy NPP — this is a training exercise, not an alert. Strong winds and rain are expected in the mountains, so driving on mountain roads requires extra caution.
