# Temporary Suspension of Operations at "Palanca" Border Crossing Point: Causes and Alternative Route

Operations at the international "Palanca" border crossing point have been temporarily suspended. The blockage of clearance operations was caused by a telecommunications network failure that led to a complete internet outage and a malfunction of information databases.
