# Failure in Polish database: processing in Shehyni is slow

The Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine warns of a **partial malfunction of the Polish border service database** at the ["Shehyni–Medyka"](https://nakordoni.eu/en/id/id_15) checkpoint. The malfunction affects the processing of passenger cars and trucks, buses, and pedestrians — in both directions.

Due to technical problems, the Polish side is operating in a slow mode.

##### Situation as of the time of the announcement:

- For exit from Ukraine — over **50 passenger cars** in queue
- For entry into Ukraine — no accumulation
- Buses and pedestrians — no queues recorded
