# Latvia Introduces Mandatory Electronic Queue System for Russia and Belarus Border Crossings

As of October 15, 2025, Latvia has implemented a mandatory electronic queue reservation system for all vehicles crossing the border with Russia and Belarus. The new regulations apply to three border checkpoints: Grebņeva, Terehova, and Pāternieki. Crossing without prior registration is no longer permitted.
