Ставлення до пасажирів виявилося непрофесійним і байдужим. Пасажира попередили про затримку на одну хвилину, але перевізник не спробував зв’язатися, не проявив розуміння і просто поїхав. Така поведінка не відповідає стандартам сервісу. У більшості перевізників існує можливість повернення квитка навіть у день відправлення. Тут же квиток виявився 100% неповертаємим, навіть якщо його було куплено в день поїздки. Пасажира ставлять перед фактом, що повернення неможливе, що виглядає непрозоро та несправедливо. Поведінка перевізника демонструє відсутність поваги та людяності. Особливо прикро, що така байдужість стосується і військових, які щодня ризикують життям.
